Hello everyone, My name is Dinesh Bangara. I am User Interface Designer from Los Angeles. I started designing things about 7 years ago. As a freelancer I design Website, Icons, Logos, Print Templates, Mobile & Desktop Apps, code small projects, and photograph interesting things and people. I've also managed product development teams, have a serious photography habit, and an obsession with solving problems. This page is the highlights of my work, I didn't always have cool and exciting work. I've done outside sales, worked in insurance, did medical transcription, and carried equipment around. In total though I've got a ton of great experience that straddles the lines between tech, design, and business.

This was my first experience with a large customer base, so there was a larger social media component and communication overall to product development. Fantasy sports is also a much faster paced field than medicine or film where lightning strikes daily and there has to be a solution.
Started here as a code tester and soon got involved in every aspect of the product. The design path led me to working with a UX team and a coding team to create new features, fix workflows, analyze the best path of development, and get involved from wireframes to production servers.
The coding path led to work on the very early algorithms on whiteboards and excel files to the full software development lifecycle, being an important person in the creation and go to market of a new product releases.
The rest of what it means to be a product manager or developer is about wearing the right hat when necessary. Talking to customers, going to events, closing sales, researching the industry, developing marketing material, recruiting talent, and doing whatever is required to get to the next stage.
This was my first company. Founded with Director and Producer Chris Black I was responsible for setting up the business and its operations, branding, online advertising, web-design, SEO, and any legal matters. I was also active in creating treatments, video production, editing, photography, cinematography, and talent acquisition.
As a volunteer I mainly took in as much as I could with my limited experience. While my Bachelor's degree equipped me to have answers, I found myself full of questions every day. Luckily the staff and even those who were there for counseling accepted me and let me become a part of their lives.
For the day-to-day stuff it was counseling by the book. Document the patients, create treatment plans, create community goals, go through a workbook, talk about issues, learn from each other, learn how to tackle the world without turning to drugs.
Dinesh has a number of strengths that would be of great benefit to any program, school or employer. His persistence, focus and speed when researching new ideas is remarkable. In just a few years, Dinesh has gone from knowing little about a typical software development lifecycle, to being an important person in the creation and go to market of a new product release.
